1. Elite Pilot Qualifications

Every Airgramme Captain and First Officer is held to the highest standard of proficiency and experience.

**Experience Threshold:** Minimum 4,000 hours flight time for Captains, 1,500 hours in jet aircraft.
**Training:** Mandatory bi-annual simulator training in certified Level D full-motion simulators.
**Crew Pairing:** All cockpits are manned by two type-rated pilots, exceeding standard requirements on all flights.
**Fatigue Management:** Strict adherence to a tailored fatigue risk management system (FRMS) to ensure crew alertness.

2. Aircraft Maintenance Protocols

Our fleet maintenance is preemptive and continuous, drastically reducing mechanical risks.

**Certified Technicians:** All maintenance is performed by FAA/EASA-certified technicians.
**Maintenance Schedule:** We implement a **1.2x safety multiplier** on all manufacturer-recommended maintenance intervals.
**Continuous Monitoring:** Every aircraft is fitted with advanced diagnostics that transmit performance data in real-time to our Operations Center.

3. Operational Oversight and Audit

We maintain external validation of our safety culture and procedures.

**IS-BAO Registered:** We are a certified member of the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO).
**Third-Party Audits:** Subject to regular, unscheduled safety audits by independent organizations.
